The Törggele tradition in South Tyrol combines a hike through the colourful autumn landscape with a break in a traditional Törggele farm, where you can taste the new wine, and many traditional South Tyrolean dishes: bacon and cheese, ravioli with spinach and ricotta filling, dumplings, sour cabbage and sausages, but also chestnuts and doughnuts are part of the menu.

Törggelen has a long tradition in South Tyrol: hundreds of years ago, this tradition developed in the Isarco Valley, and is now very popular. Traditional Törggelen can only be experienced in the Isarco Valley.
