Our tender lamb comes from the Villandro Carinthian sheep from our own farm. Our tasty
organic herbs come from the Operpalwitterhof farm in Barbiano, the crusty breakfast rolls are made fresh every night by the village baker, the wine is made from grapes from the vineyards you can see from your rooms, lovingly refined to fine wines by passionate local wine growers. Wherever possible, we prefer it local.
